Resolved - We would like to inform you that the previously reported service disruption has now been resolved.

Incident summary: Due to high database load and a high volume of requests at the beginning of the month, the performance of the Settlement API was limited.

Issue start time: 7:00am

Issue resolution time: 10:00am

Severity: high

Impacted Services: Settlement API

Root cause: High request volumes and internal processes led to limited availability.

Recovery: Successful completion of internal processes and adjustment of resource scaling

All affected services are operating normally again. During continued monitoring, we did not observe any recurrence of the issue.
