Severity: 2 PARTIAL OUTAGE

Impacted Services: Custody API - Bitcoin mainnet and testnet.

Root cause: All Bitcoin testnet and mainnet nodes were out of sync.

Recovery: Re-sync was initiated and the nodes are back in sync. All Bitcoin nodes are up and running.
